General Information

Warranty

All components and workmanship are guaranteed for 90 days after shipment. Only replacement parts will be supplied without cost during this period. Exceptions: flourescent lamps and neon tubing are not covered. Failed ballast and transformers are to be exchanged locally. This warranty does not cover the cost for inspections, removal of defective parts, or the installation or replacement of parts.

Phone Orders

Phone orders must be confirmed in writing and mailed or faxed. Custom orders may require full size patterns.

Shipping

We have daily shipping set-up with UPS and truck lines. We will use our best judgement to get the product to you. We also appreciate your input.

Claims (Common Carriers)

Once the product has been picked up by the truck line in good condition, we will no longer be liable for damages or claims, but we will assist you, the consignee, on getting prompt attention from the carrier. Be sure to inspect your freight carefully to avoid any problems. Then and ONLY then, sign the bill. If damage occurs, make sure you note on the bill and have the driver initial along with you. Take pictures if you have a camera and let the driver inital the pictures.

Guarantee

Items damaged in transit, you must notify us immediately, so we can contact UPS for them to pick up the damaged items and return to us for UPS to honor the claim.

Cancellations / M.R.A. (Material Return Authorization)

All materials and labor charged against any job that is cancelled will be invoiced accordingly. Because items are custom made you must get a (M.R.A.) Number to return any item as most are made espicially to your spec's; therefore we do not need either but we will give consideration to your questions in regards to a (M.R.A.) Number.
